We combine strong communication, skilled craftsmanship, and transparent pricing to give homeowners a better experience from start to finish. We’re hiring a Sales Estimator who can confidently meet with homeowners, assess projects, and turn opportunities into sold work. This role requires both sales ability and construction knowledge—you’ll be responsible for properly scoping projects, building accurate estimates, and ensuring our technicians can execute the work without guesswork. Requirements

  • Experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling, or home repair
  • Ability to accurately measure, scope, and plan residential projects
  • Comfortable discussing materials, methods, and job sequencing
  • Strong communication skills with both customers and technicians
  • Ability to translate customer needs into clear, actionable scope of work
  • Personable and confident in-home with customers
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Able to balance sales and technical thinking
  • Self-motivated and performance-driven
  • Comfortable using technology to build and manage estimates
  • Takes ownership of results and follows through

Responsibilities

  • Run scheduled in-home estimate appointments (no cold calling)
  • Evaluate project scope, take measurements, and define the work required
  • Apply construction knowledge to recommend the right approach and materials
  • Prepare clear, accurate estimates homeowners can trust
  • Confidently present and close projects
  • Clearly document scope, notes, and photos for technician handoff
  • Ensure jobs are properly scoped to avoid change orders and rework
  • Identify opportunities to bundle additional work
  • Promote ongoing home maintenance plans
  • Represent the company at local networking and community events
