About The Position
Gatsby Glass of Pittsburgh is hiring a motivated Outside Sales / Estimator to quote and sell high-end custom glass projects — from luxury shower enclosures to railings and office partitions. This is a great opportunity for someone who can hustle, close, and build great customer relationships.
Requirements
- Sales or estimating experience (glass, windows, remodeling, or similar)
- Comfortable in homes and job sites
- Self-driven, organized, and coachable
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Visit job sites to take measurements and create estimates
- Present and close jobs with homeowners, builders, and designers
- Follow up with leads and manage your own pipeline
- Coordinate with installers to ensure project success
