Job Title: Sales Equipment Manager Reports To: Regional Sales Manager Job Summary: Assist Regional Sales Manager and Sales force in the region’s sales process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
- Minimum two years related experience
- Highly organized with effective time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in the use of computer programs
Responsibilities
- Inventory control overall region on all assets
- Procure equipment for sale and rental of equipment
- Maintain rental contracts and security agreements
- Provide sales data information when calls are received from customers
- Coordinate with credit department on accounts receivable issues
- Prepare rental/purchase pay-off options for sales representatives and customers
- Retain files on all sales for branch
- Set up freight for all deliveries in region
- Schedule delivery of equipment and attachments to customers and other branches
- Track extended warranty information
- Maintain contact with vendors
- Assist with coordination between sales department and service department
- Submit scratches to corporate
- Utilize CRM to assure all deals are completed in timely manner
- Other tasks as requested by manager
