THE OPPORTUNITY Cyera is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and execution-oriented Sales Engineering (SE) Operations Manager to support and scale our global Sales Engineering organization. This role will be the operational backbone for the SE team - owning the administrative duties required to maintain and operate our POV management platform, optimizing analytics and reporting, driving process excellence, and managing SE systems and tools. As a key partner to SE leadership, this individual will help refine execution, streamline operations, and enable data-driven insights that power our customer engagements and proof-of-value success. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, and Product leadership to ensure our SE organization operates with clarity, efficiency, and impact.
