In this role, you will help build the sales strategy by partnering directly with leadership and product teams to define our go-to-market approach, pricing strategy, and competitive positioning. Your insights will inform product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and long-term customer engagement plans. You will be the customer's technical voice, translating complex customer needs into actionable product improvements, crafting our value proposition, and ensuring the product evolves to win in the market. Additionally, you will design repeatable processes, training the sales team to run quick demos with prospects to shorten sales cycles and deliver exceptional product experiences. You will innovate demo methods to engage prospects even without formal demos and shape the culture as a founding hire, setting the tone for collaboration between sales, product, and engineering while playing a key role in recruiting and mentoring future team members. Hands-on execution will be essential, as you will lead technical presentations and proofs-of-concept, iterate on messaging, build enablement materials, and analyze performance metrics.
