About The Position
As our Sales Engineer, you will be working directly with our customers. You will be reading engineering specifications, providing sales quotes, building customer relationships, identifying cost saving opportunities, and negotiating with company vendors regarding specified equipment areas. This position can work out of any of our US based SJE locations. Every day, your primary role will be to provide exceptional customer service and communication to our customers. You will prepare cost estimates and generate proposals for industrial control panels that could include components such as PLC's, VFD's, HMI's and starters. You will be working with panels that utilize various instruments such as flow meters, transducers, and sensors to operate and control systems in the water and wastewater industry.
