Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, JetCool is looking to add a Sales Engineer located in Littleton, MA . Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and Partnerships, this role supports our OEM group, with a primary focus on supporting and expanding our partnership with Dell and other global system manufacturers. This role blends deep technical fluency with customer‑facing leadership, helping OEM partners understand how JetCool’s liquid‑to‑liquid and liquid‑to‑air cooling architectures integrate into their server platforms and align with end‑customer requirements. You will serve as the technical bridge between JetCool’s engineering teams and OEM customers, ensuring our SmartPlates, CDUs, and full‑stack cooling solutions meet the thermal, mechanical, and integration needs of next‑generation AI and high‑density compute systems. Success in this role requires the ability to translate complex thermal/fluid‑dynamics concepts into clear, compelling narratives tailored to diverse audiences—from system architects to procurement managers.
