Position Title: Sales Engineer Position Location: Massachusetts Position Type: Remote near target location Compensation: $85,000 - $120,000 +25% SIP (Compensation depends on skills, knowledge, education, and experience) Position Snapshot: The Sales Engineer is responsible for driving new customer acquisitions and expanding existing OEM accounts within target markets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, executing strategic sales plans, and delivering technical presentations. Working closely with the Channel Sales team, the Sales Engineer actively supports distributor performance to ensure alignment within strategic objectives. The Sales Engineer collaborates with internal teams and must acquire a solid understanding of Lenze’s technical solutions and market trends.
