The company is currently expanding and seeks an experienced Sales Engineer to lead, influence, and deliver on these projects. The role requires a combination of technical knowledge in HVAC systems and consultative sales skills to design, specify, and sell heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions. The Sales Engineer will collaborate with contractors, engineers, and building owners to assess project requirements, recommend energy-efficient systems, prepare proposals, and provide project support from design through installation. Key expectations include growing accounts, delivering technical presentations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue and margin goals.
