About The Position

Teradyne has an opportunity for an Account Manager/Sales Engineer to support our Tier 1 customer base in Dallas, TX. This role is pivotal in managing and growing relationships with key semiconductor customers, aligning customer needs with Teradyne’s strategic goals.

Requirements

  • BSEE or equivalent work experience; MBA a plus
  • 5+ years of industry experience, ideally with capital equipment in the semiconductor industry
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Highly empathetic to customer needs
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Experience managing global customer teams and working independently
  • Soft skill (individual): Empathy and strong communication
  • Soft skills (team): Leadership, mentorship, and collaboration across global teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer engagement and advocacy while aligning with Teradyne’s objectives
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans using advanced sales tools and processes

  • Build and maintain relationships across all levels of customer and internal teams
  • Support business growth by identifying opportunities and managing competitive sales processes
  • Partner with customers to align product roadmaps and forecast bookings
