Requirements

  • Experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer or Subject Matter Expert in the Composable Disaggregated Infrastructure industry, will be given preference
  • Proven ability to thrive in a challenging and rapidly changing start-up environment
  • Demonstrated creative, technical, and analytical skills that have resulted in innovative and flexible solutions for prior customers
  • Proven history of building effective partnerships with Sales Executives to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Deep understanding of industry solutions, technology, and product offerings
  • Skilled in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM software with the ability to craft high-quality, winning sales proposals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel to various customer locations as needed, within Canada and the United States
  • Knowledge of Data Center Management and Operations Applications, Tools, and Methods
  • Experience with Data Center Systems Design and Deployment, including Converged and HyperConverged Systems
  • Familiarity with Data Center Interconnect Technologies (e.g., PCIe, CXL, Infiniband, NvLink, etc.)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code platforms like Terraform and Ansible

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Data Center Architects, Chief Information Officers, and Technology Directors to showcase the unique capabilities of our solutions and support Sales Executives' efforts
  • Align technical solutions with sales strategies by working with Cerio’s Engineering and Product teams, aiding in the execution of effective sales plans
  • Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers, partners, and prospects, making our cutting-edge solutions shine
  • Aid in creating formal sales plans, technical proposals, Statements of Work, customer quotations, and cost estimates that align with strategic objectives
  • Ensure diligent tracking of sales opportunities in the CRM system, providing accurate updates and insights to support decision-making
