About The Position

We are seeking a technically strong Sales Engineer to support business growth in the Oil & Gas sector. The role focuses on promoting and selling material handling and power transmission solutions by combining engineering expertise with commercial execution. The Sales Engineer will manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity development to technical support and order closure.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of sales experience within the Oil & Gas sector
  • Strong technical understanding of industrial products and solutions
  • Proven experience selling or supporting: Material Handling systems (conveyor belts, idlers, rollers, etc.) Power Transmission products (gearboxes, couplings, and other rotating equipment)
  • Experience preparing technical submittals, datasheets, and quotations
  • Experience managing accounts and sales pipelines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts/projects
  • Commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector
  • Promote and sell material handling and power transmission products and solutions
  • Provide technical advice and application support to customers
  • Prepare and submit quotations, technical offers, and commercial proposals
  • Follow up with clients to progress opportunities and close sales
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
