About The Position

Mitel is looking for an experienced Sales Engineer in the Central Region, ideally based in Missouri, Kansas, or Illinois. This senior-level expert will support large engagements and knowledge transfer at the Area or Operation level. The role involves providing technical expertise, leadership, opportunity development, and business-level consultation throughout the sales process for assigned opportunities. You will assist and/or lead with the identification and documentation of customer business needs, proposing company products and services to meet those needs and desired customer business outcomes. As a Sales Engineer, you will identify, assess, and technically lead opportunities in medium-to-large enterprises within assigned geographies or industry sectors. This role is distinguished from other technical sales roles by combining in-depth technical expertise with consultative, industry, and/or commercial/financial selling skills and experience across a broad geography. You will be highly credible, articulate, and adept at demonstrating how Mitel's partners, products, and professional services will solve customers' unique business needs. This is a remote position located in the Mid-Central US States.
