Our client is on a mission to make enterprise-grade AI accessible to every small business owner, enabling them to capture every customer, reduce manual work, and unlock significant new revenue without complexity or friction. Their goal is straightforward: give every business the power to operate like a large enterprise, even if they're a solo operator or small team. As a Sales Engineer, you will lead and execute end-to-end implementation projects for the Voice AI platform, engaging directly with customers to deliver tangible business results. You’ll enjoy broad autonomy to design technical solutions, shape project plans, and guide clients from initial onboarding to successful deployment. Working alongside executive leadership and product teams, your contributions will drive major advances in AI-powered business operations and have a direct, visible impact on the company’s journey to market leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience: backend, frontend, or full-stack
  • Proven track record managing B2B software implementations, with strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable leading client calls, and presenting technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of Python, APIs, and modern integration patterns
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and execute with minimal hand-holding

Responsibilities

  • Lead complete B2B Voice AI implementation cycles: scope definition, project planning, client onboarding
  • Design robust integration architectures connecting subsystems through APIs, webhooks, payloads, and third-party platforms like Make, Zapier, and proprietary systems
  • Serve as the primary technical and strategic partner for clients, solving complex problems, removing blockers, and ensuring exceptional customer outcomes
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to continuously improve implementation processes and client success playbooks
