About The Position
Tencarva is seeking Sales Engineer Trainees to join our team, with training based out of our El Dorado, Arkansas branch. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance (45-min) or be willing to relocate. The Sales Engineer Trainee will assist established Sales Engineers for 9-18 months, performing application engineering and providing quotations for various process pumping and liquid handling equipment. This consultative, field-based technical sales role involves investigating customers' mechanical problems and recommending appropriate equipment and design solutions. After training, the Trainee will have the opportunity to manage their own territory.
