We are seeking a highly technical Sales Engineer to join our U.S. Enterprise Sales organization and drive growth across strategic accounts in the Bay Area and West Coast region. The ideal candidate is someone who has built RAG systems for LLMs, Chatbots and other internal business applications and who brings either hands-on OR deep research/educational background in NLP, Machine Learning, and/or Data Science. We are excited to bring on a candidate who thrives in a scaling, fast-moving environment and wants to make an outsized impact in shaping Arango’s success across North America. We are open to current Solution Architects, Sales Engineers or Software / AI Engineers who are interested in leaning into a Sales Engineering role.
