About The Position
The Sales Engineer is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities for design build industrial & commercial refrigeration construction projects, retrofit projects, and service projects. This role focuses on developing client relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and driving revenue growth. The Sales Engineer will collaborate with internal teams to ensure project alignment with client needs and company goals. This is a structured developmental role designed for a recent graduate. The position includes rotations through multiple departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of our products, processes, and sales strategies, setting a strong foundation for long-term success as a Sales Engineer.
