Requirements

• A technical background with related degree in Engineering/Manufacturing/Business/Economics, etc. is favorable.
• 3+ years in a technical manufacturing, sales or sales engineering role.
• Familiarity with precision machining, additive manufacturing, assembly, or fine blanking.
• A natural communicator who can explain complex processes in a way that excites and builds trust.
• Someone who’s energized by travel, networking, and representing an industry leader.
• To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S. or protected individual as defined by ITAR (22 CFR §120.15).

Responsibilities

• Be the technical face of Precision Resource—supporting the Sales Manager and engaging directly with customers.
• Identify opportunities and grow relationships in key markets (automotive, medical, aerospace, defense, firearms).
• Travel across the U.S. (up to 45%) to attend trade shows, exhibit, industry events and F2F customer interaction—showcasing our capabilities and expanding our reach.
• Deliver clear, impactful presentations that highlight how we solve complex engineering and manufacturing challenges.
• Collaborate with our brilliant engineering and production teams to make sure customer needs are not only met—but exceeded.
