Throughout this program, you’ll rotate through various departments while supporting our sales efforts, gaining a holistic view of how our business operates. This will be a very immersive experience that will challenge you to develop or sharpen your sales skills, while leveraging your technical acumen.

Requirements

• Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering field.
• GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.0 GPA
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Rotate support through Automated Logic Contracting Services departments (Sales, Operations, Engineering, Service)
• Job site surveys, estimates, plan and spec reviews
• Customer presentations
• Learn about HVAC Controls
• Understand the world of contractor
• Sharpen customer facing skills
