About The Position

Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales and Marketing, you will serve as a key member of the Thomson Power Systems commercial team. In this hands-on role, you'll drive the go-to-market sales strategy and develop our channel partnerships within the Infrastructure vertical across the United States. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to join a dynamic sales team in a rapidly growing organization. About Thomson Power Systems Thomson Power Systems (TPS), a company under Regal Rexnord corporation, has been at the forefront of crafting electrical solutions for the Power Management industry for over half a century.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful outside sales experience
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that delivered significant revenue and margin growth
  • Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites (up to 50% travel time) within your region
  • Authorization to work in the US without company sponsorship
  • Valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the Power Management industry/Infrastructure vertical
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, or Power Engineering
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
  • Demonstrated ability to be hands-on, resourceful, and results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset

Responsibilities

  • Independently develop and grow your vertical across the United States.
  • Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive go-to-market plan with support from the commercial leadership team.

  • Deliver integrated product and service solutions that foster continuous lifecycle relationships with end users, integrators, and contractors

  • Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships while expanding direct customer base
  • Exemplify Regal Rexnord's values and conduct business in accordance with the company's vision, mission, initiatives, and policies
