The Ten-X Sales Engineer is responsible for preparing assets for sale at auction. Through their real estate transaction expertise, they advise clients on how to best prepare and present the offering, ensure complete and organized due diligence is available to buyers, and support the broker’s buyer engagement as needed to sell the property at an auction. As a Ten-X Sales Engineer, you will drive business growth by understanding customer needs, providing solutions and effectively articulating the value of our auction products and services. Your role will be pivotal in effectively communicating auction strategies to each seller, broker and buyer that you engage with. Educating each broker and seller as to the structure of how to conduct a successful auction will be instrumental in ensuring success on auction day. This component is key to the success of the position as auction strategies differ significantly from a traditional commercial real estate sale.
