About the position

The Sales Engineer - Citrix at Arrow Electronics is responsible for providing technical direction and business guidance to channel partners in North America. This role focuses on partner enablement by driving innovative technical programs and managing day-to-day technical account activities. The successful candidate will leverage their deep knowledge of Citrix and related technologies to architect solutions and support sales objectives within their assigned region.

Responsibilities

  • Work in partnership with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement industry and account penetration strategies.
  • Produce account-specific product and sales enablement plans, provide assessments, and drive leads from identification to sale completion.
  • Provide technical leadership and direction to channel partners and sales staff with pre-sales activities.
  • Lead the discovery, analysis, design, demonstration, and refinement of integrated technology solutions.
  • Demonstrate technical leadership and subject matter expertise on Citrix solutions and competitive offerings.
  • Act as a technical expert and consultant to develop and propose solutions that meet technology and business requirements.
  • Make technical and sales presentations to channel partner's technical and sales staff.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create digital channel-ready technical content for social media.
  • Serve as a trusted technology influencer to channel partners and an internal resource on technical plays.
  • Build relationships with Arrow account teams, partners, and end users to support sales objectives.
  • Lead Citrix technical sales calls with channel partners.
  • Qualify Citrix sales opportunities based on customer technical requirements and competition.
