Requirements

  • Hands-on experience working in Salesforce or a similar CRM, with comfort navigating dashboards, reports, and pipelines
  • The ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and identify trends using spreadsheets and reporting tools
  • Experience supporting sales, business development, marketing, or client-facing teams in a fast-moving environment
  • A team-first attitude, paired with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Comfort operating in a growth-oriented organization where processes evolve and adaptability is key

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team throughout the full sales lifecycle, from lead qualification through proposal development and client onboarding
  • Manage and maintain the sales pipeline within Salesforce, ensuring accurate data, timely follow-ups, and strong process discipline
  • Customize sales proposals, presentations, and materials to align with prospect needs and BSI's value proposition
  • Coordinate sales meetings, calendars, and preparation to ensure the sales team is set up for success
  • Partner closely with underwriting, marketing, and events teams to support quoting, campaigns, and prospect engagement
  • Assist with outreach messaging, event logistics, and sales enablement initiatives tied to organic growth goals
  • Track, organize, and manage prospect data requests and follow-ups to keep opportunities moving forward
  • Support the onboarding and seamless transition of new clients from sales to client management teams - including detailed completion of on-boarding and implementation documents.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on sales activity and performance to leadership
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and workflows in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
