Working closely with the Senior Sales leadership team, you'll help ensure our sales team is ready to tackle Samsara's next phase of growth. Specific duties will include scheduling and overseeing all new hire onboarding programs, developing new sales acceleration programs, and identifying additional training needs. You will work with all segments of our sales team including Enterprise Sales, Mid Market Sales, Commercial Sales, Account Development, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales Operations. Our ideal candidate understands our company objectives and suggests ideas to achieve them through sales training. For this position, you should combine excellent organization skills with an ability to interact with your team members and motivate them to succeed. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our sales team is fully educated, to perform at a high level and increase customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days per week in our Atlanta office and other days working remotely. This position requires travel up to 25% of the time and proximity to an international airport. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this role.
