About The Position

The Sales Enablement Specialist plays an important role in supporting sales professionals with the skills, tools, and knowledge they need to achieve their goals and meet customer expectations. This position assists in the implementation of learning and skill-building solutions for Retail Sales. Through regular assessments and collaboration with the Sales organization, the Sales Enablement Specialist helps identify and address current skill and knowledge gaps while supporting future requirements. Success in this role is measured by its contribution to business objectives. Collaboration with multiple teams across the organization is important to this role. By building strong partnerships with various departments, the Sales Enablement Specialist helps ensure that learning solutions are effectively implemented and adopted, contributing to performance improvement and business growth. The Principal, Sales Enablement plays a crucial role in empowering sales professionals with the skills, tools, and knowledge they need to achieve their goals and exceed customer expectations. This position is responsible for supporting the implementation of comprehensive learning and skill building solutions for all Retail Sales.
