As a Sales Enablement Specialist at BambooHR, you will help our Outbound & Partner Sales segments perform at their very best. Partner and Outbound are relatively new sales motions at BambooHR - so initially, your role will be heavily focused on enabling these teams through building and refining new sales processes and workstreams, such as a new book of business model for our Partner Sales segment. Over time, your focus will shift to more heavily supporting onboarding, training, and coaching individual reps. You'll help them develop their sales skills, grow their careers, and effectively engage with prospects. Ultimately, your training and coaching will help them to fully live one of our core company values, Grow from Good to Great!
