The Sales Enablement Specialist is a senior, revenue-focused operator who actively drives digital and omni-channel sales growth within Marketron’s customer base. This individual partners directly with broadcasters to: Increase digital adoption Improve close rates on digital campaigns Expand multi-channel revenue (CTV, OLV, Display, Audio, etc.) Modernize how radio sellers go to market This person doesn’t sit on the sidelines—they step into the sales process, help close business, and turn underperforming teams into high-functioning digital sellers.
