About The Position
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Enablement Senior Manager to join our team! This role is responsible for leading the internal Sales Enablement team, as we create a culture of Sales Excellence at Planet. This role and team will drive all training and enablement initiatives for our sales and supporting internal teams, including technical training and sales enablement, through tailored learning and development programs. You will also play a critical role in engaging and supporting the growth of our broader learning and development initiatives at Planet. You will manage a small (for now!) team focused on Sales and Technical Enablement for the Commercial organization. Your expertise in hiring the right people and choosing the right tools and enablement strategy are key to us creating a culture of sales excellence and the conditions for high performance at Planet.
