Independence Pet Group (IPG) is seeking a Sales Enablement Program Specialist to join our growing sales team. This role plays a key part in supporting the implementation of large-scale B2B and enterprise-level partnerships, acting as the central project manager and operational lead for high-value, complex deals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment. This person will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Customer Success teams to drive smooth and successful implementation of jumbo cases and long-term strategic partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape IPG’s approach to operational excellence across multiple brands and channels, supporting scalable growth and a seamless partner experience.
