We’re looking for a builder, a connector, and a creative thinker to take the lead on onboarding for our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. As our Onboarding Program Manager, you won’t just design training, you’ll craft an experience that sets the tone for every GTM new hire’s journey, helping them ramp faster, and sets them up for long-term success. You’ll own the onboarding strategy end-to-end, designing and delivering programs that are as engaging as they are effective. You’ll partner with sales leadership, enablement, and cross-functional teams to make sure every new rep knows what success looks like—and has the skills, tools, and confidence to get there.
