About The Position

Throughout the program, you'll contribute to meaningful projects, gain exposure to how teams collaborate, and explore your interests as you begin shaping what's next in your career. You'll be supported by your manager, dedicated project guides, and a structured mentorship program, as well as a broader intern community designed to help you learn and grow. Additionally, you will participate in executive Q&A sessions and "day-in-the-life" conversations with intern alumni & leaders across our organization, offering insights into career paths at Ellucian - many of which began through this very program. Job overview The Sales Enablement team partners with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to equip revenue-generating teams with the tools, training, content, and insights they need to succeed. Our mission is to improve sales productivity and effectiveness by developing impactful enablement programs, and ensuring sellers have easy access to the resources they need throughout the sales cycle. Where you will make an impact You’ll work closely on projects within our content management, enablement programs and internal communications workstreams. You’ll make an impact on our team’s efficiency and consistency by streamlining our processes and supporting our daily internal operations.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills to support internal communications and documentation.
  • Proactive problem-solving and willingness to take initiative in supporting team operations
  • Ability to organize and maintain digital content libraries.
  • Basic project management skills and ability to stay on track.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and basic reporting skills.
  • Ability to organize and maintain digital content libraries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Canva)
