By providing strategic direction, leveraging technology, fostering cross-functional collaboration and enhancing processes, this team ensures that the sales function has the necessary tools and resources to drive growth and success. The Sales Enablement Manager will play a critical role in empowering the sales team to perform at their highest level by delivering targeted training, tools, resources, and insights. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams (L&C, sales, marketing, product, and operations) to streamline processes, optimize sales performance, and ensure the sales team has the knowledge and capabilities to exceed their targets.
