Onit is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to design and deliver performance-focused enablement within a complex enterprise SaaS sales organization. This is a build-and-facilitate role. You will design hybrid learning experiences that combine structured digital learning with high-impact live activation sessions. You are responsible for building the full learning arc - from digital pre-work (eLearning) to applied, role-based workshops - and ensuring that training translates into measurable improvements in discovery quality, value articulation, deal progression, and pipeline execution. You will operate as a performance partner to Sales Leadership, helping standardize enterprise selling practices, reinforce methodology adoption, and elevate execution consistency across new and tenured sellers.
