We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Enablement Manager to lead the planning and execution of global enablement programs at Rakuten Advertising. This role will design and manage end-to-end enablement initiatives that support commercials teams worldwide with the knowledge, tools, and training they need to succeed. In this high-visibility role, you will be responsible for supporting the operationalization and execution of our key growth initiatives, collaborating closely with teams in North America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific for Commercial Enablement, Pre-sales, Post-sales, and more to deliver results that align with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of progressive experience in b2b technology enablement, commercial operations, or a direct sales or client services role.
  • Demonstrated experience working with 3rd party sales, suppliers, and external vendors.
  • Strong understanding of acquisition processes and the unique challenges faced by sales teams.
  • Experience across the entire Customer Lifecycle, including pre-sales, sales, and customer success enablement.
  • Proven experience onboarding new sales representatives.

  • Proven experience leading and executing global enablement programs.
  • Experience with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC) and SKO planning.

  • Willingness for international travel and flexible work hours for global training.

Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-functional executive alignment with Services and Commercial teams on global Sales Enablement priorities.
  • Act as the expert on Sales and Customer Services best practices.
  • Work closely with Sales Management leadership to define and support engagement and adoption for the company's sales methodology.
  • Oversee the design, review, and implementation of end-to-end enablement programs for all roles within the Commercial organization.
  • Lead the development of comprehensive training and enablement collateral or tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce relevant, high-impact enablement materials.
  • Define, track, and report on key metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of enablement programs.
  • Build strong rapport and partnerships with commercial teams, stakeholders and functional leaders.
  • Manage relationships with key enablement technology vendors.
