About The Position

As a Sales Enablement Manager, SMB Segment, you’ll work closely with our SMB sales team, SMB sales leaders, enablement peers and cross functional partners to execute upon programs and provide ongoing training to to accelerate performance of sales professionals.

Requirements

  • Direct sales experience in a closing role, illustrating high performance
  • Proven expertise in sales methodologies such as Sandler, SPIN, Challenger, or MEDDPICC, with a demonstrated ability to drive adoption and success
  • Previous sales enablement/ training experience (formal or informal)
  • Proven track record of coaching/mentorship
  • Project management and content creation experience
  • Strong decision- making skills and execution abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand the sales process and ascertain strengths/weaknesses in sellers; provide feedback through coaching
  • Data- driven mindset
  • Ability to be work independently and be adaptable
  • Prior experience with sales tools, e.g. Salesforce
  • Limited travel (roughly 4x/year)

Responsibilities

  • Develop, facilitate and sustain engaging and impactful training sessions and programs (both live and on- demand) for both ramped and unramped AEs, including measuring impact on performance
  • Customize the sales motion for the SMB segment (including talk tracks and positioning)
  • Own communications to SMB segment
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and deliver training content
  • Support sales leadership in executing upon initiatives that drive key metrics and attainment of sales goals
  • Reinforce tools that will enhance seller performance
  • Maintain training and enablement materials
  • Execute training events and occasional onsite meetings
