About The Position

The Enablement Lead for the Global Sales Enablement team at Meta will focus on creating and executing training strategies for teams selling Reality Labs products through retail activations. This role is crucial as it aims to deliver clear and engaging training to sales teams in a fast-paced environment, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge as products evolve.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in retail sales within a training or development role.
  • Proven presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Proven organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience engaging and motivating diverse audiences through enablement principles and instructional design.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in consumer electronic sales.
  • Category knowledge in AR and MR fields.
  • Proven experience in a strategic planning role, preferably within a sales or sales enablement team.
  • Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop comprehensive sales enablement programs across a variety of self-led and in-person techniques, tailored to the needs of retail sales teams.
  • Conduct sales enablement sessions, both virtually and in person, ensuring consistent, efficient, and engaging delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and scope training requirements for all Reality Labs products.
  • Develop and implement assessment tools to evaluate training effectiveness and measure improvements in sales performance.
  • Stay current with industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge to continuously improve training content and methodologies.
  • Work closely with product marketing, experiences, and sales teams to ensure alignment of enablement programs with business objectives and product launches.
  • Provide regular reports on enablement activities, participant engagement, and outcomes to leadership teams.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of engaging event spaces to help build awareness and mind share for Reality Labs products.
