We’re searching for a Sales Enablement Coordinator with a problem-solving mentality and “can do” attitude who can be the operational backbone of our Enablement team. Focused on driving revenue more effectively, the Sales Enablement team actions high-impact, strategic activities to equip the Sales organization with the education, resources and tools they need. In this role, you will manage talent deployment for sales engagements and will partner with the Enablement team to design, deliver, and measure high-impact training programs. You can live anywhere in the US, as you will work out of a home office and travel up to 10%.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of project management experience
  • 1-3 years of experience providing clerical and administrative support
  • Strong task, time and project management skills
  • Organized and analytical
  • Strong, professional written, verbal and presentation skills
  • High proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, ideally in sales or marketing

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in education, scheduling and CRM tools ideal

Responsibilities

  • Resource sales engagements (virtual and onsite) in key market segments
  • Administer new hire onboarding tasks
  • Support the design, delivery, and ongoing oversight of Sales Enablement programs
  • Support governance of internal Sales resource libraries, including identifying gaps, suggesting opportunities for improvement and providing updates
  • Assist with special projects to improve the overall effectiveness of the Sales organization
  • Coordinate sales trainings and meetings
  • Ability to work 100% remotely, or from an Applied Systems office
  • Available for up to 10% travel nationwide
