Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising or related field required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within AEC or professional services industries.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and marketing software tools.
  • Microsoft Suite Products (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc).
  • Work is primarily performed in an office environment with standard office equipment.
  • Must be able to work onsite at a WSB office, as needed, up to five days per week, as required by the project, client, or hiring manager
  • Field visits may be required to support project needs or stakeholder collaboration.
  • Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare sales materials, presentations, and reports to support business development efforts.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, email, direct mail, and traditional media channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
  • Develop marketing content, including thought leadership articles, promotional materials, newsletters, and digital collateral, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights; recommend strategies based on findings.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales information.
  • Collaborate with sales, service groups, marketing, and design teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.
