The Sales Enablement Analyst is responsible for equipping the sales team with the necessary tools and resources to improve their efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, content creation, and the implementation of sales tools and technologies. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing first-class presentations, proposals and sales collateral.

  • Gather requirements from Product Management to develop and publish training materials for Solution Consultants and Sales teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to help Product Marketing create and distribute decks and artifacts for customer consumption.
  • Share latest industry news, trends, best practices and findings to sales team through regular presentations and updates.
  • Develop and manage a repository of sales enablement materials, including presentations, brochures and templates.
  • Understand and research the digital first industry within the financial services to create and maintain competitive analysis documents.
  • Ensure all sales materials are up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with the company's messaging and branding.
  • Proactively collect feedback on effectiveness and accuracy from sales, product management and solution consultants to keep resources up-to-date and continuously improve content.
  • Act as the internal 'go-to' for all matters related to sales materials and tools.
  • Evaluate and implement sales tools and technologies that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Provide training and support for sales tools to ensure maximum adoption and utilization.
