About The Position

The Sales Enablement Analyst will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the organization’s Sales Enablement function with a primary focus on data management and reporting. Your work will be critical to our day-to-day sales operations and in recurring reporting seen by executive leadership. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and will take an ownership mentality, ensuring the highest level of data integrity. Intermediate experience with Excel required. The position includes a hybrid work schedule (some days in office / some days remote), and the candidate must be located in the Washington DC or Denver metro areas. Occasional travel (10%) to the Herndon, VA/Denver, CO offices (depends on which one you work) will be required.

Requirements

  • Must possess a strong attention to detail as your work will directly impact reporting used by all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Motivated self-starter who will take ownership of their work.
  • Must be able to complete multiple tasks at once and manage priorities for competing tasks.
  • A high sense of urgency, strong initiative, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
  • Adept with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • 1+ years’ professional experience in a business setting working closely with data, data management, and reporting
  • 2+ years’ professional experience working with Excel and other MS Office products
  • Bachelors’ Degree in business, accounting, finance, data analytics or other similar discipline

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Business Intelligence products (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Sales Processes
  • Candidates who have direct experience and knowledge of sales processes and the enterprise sales lifecycle are highly encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Ensure data in the CRM tool is current and accurate. This will be accomplished through periodic audits of the data and reviews with the Sales teams and Sales Leadership.
  • Assist with training the organization on Sales Processes and the CRM tool and help ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Develop reports and procedures that consistently and effectively identify gaps or discrepancies in the data and help to rectify any issues that arise.
  • Assist with weekly and end of month close-out activities for Sales and Sales Reporting.
  • Develop recurring and ad hoc reports to satisfy requests from the various workstreams.
  • Help generate new sales contract documents and participate in the contract review and approval process.
  • Abstract select contracts into the CRM tool.
  • Act as a liaison to other departments by answering questions, conducting research, and supporting downstream activities following contract execution.
  • Complete additional activities supporting the Sales team, as assigned.
