About The Position
Homes.com is seeking a skilled Operations Specialist to join our Sales Effectiveness team. This role supports go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and ongoing operational processes for the Homes.com sales team. Sales Effectiveness oversees a broad range of functions including implementing coaching and training programs, establishing standardized sales practices and business processes, implementing efficiency tools, and working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and IT teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As part of the Sales Effectiveness team, you will be responsible for coordinating with multiple stakeholders, assisting in strategizing and executing new projects, and ensuring accountability for meeting timelines and complex deliverables. You will directly contribute to some of the most impactful programs driving the success of our fast-growing team of 300+ sales representatives.
