This is a paid program located in the Oakland NJ office. The hours for this program are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our education team as a Sales Education and Professional Development Intern. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various aspects of corporate education and professional development while working closely with our experienced education professionals. We are committed to providing real work opportunities for intern candidates through hands on experience and a variety of projects.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in education or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Content development and editing: collaboration with internal subject matter experts and marketing to create, revise, and format educational materials
  • Program coordination: support planning and execution of education programs including virtual and in‑person sessions by assisting with scheduling, communication, materials preparation, and event logistics
  • Data and evaluation support: collect and analyze participant feedback, survey data, and learning metrics to support continuous improvement of professional development programs and reporting to leadership
  • Stakeholder communication: assist with drafting for learners, faculty, and internal teams, including event reminders, follow-ups, resource links, and program announcements
  • Project support: maintain organized project files, timelines, tracking sheets, and documentation to ensure effective project management
  • Cross‑functional collaboration: partner with Medical Affairs, Product Management, Sales, and other relative department to ensure educational content is accurate, up‑to-date, and aligned with broader Topcon Healthcare initiatives
