About The Position

Huda Beauty is seeking a talented Sales & Education Executive to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of our brand, driving sales, and educating customers on our products and brand history. In partnershipwith our Field Sales and Education Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact, and inspire others through education. The ideal candidate will have a knack for building relationships and a love for beauty to help us revolutionize the beauty industry!

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • A minimum of 3-5 years account management experience in prestige beauty
  • Experience in prestige beauty, SEPHORA experience preferred
  • Candidates must have strong written and oral communication, organizational and time-management skills
  • Candidates must be results-oriented, and demonstrate leadership abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate ability to utilize Microsoft Office suite and professional email etiquette

Nice To Haves

  • While a qualification in make-up artistry/previous retail make up experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise

Responsibilities

  • Fully understand and work within Sephora sales, model, culture and policies
  • Educate retail partner sales associates on HUDA BEAUTY, sales and artistry techniques
  • Use company reporting and tools to customize in store strategies related to BA’s training and selling experience
  • Achieve sales goals in assigned region, through strategic call cycle, in-store trainings/masterclasses and special events to support brand marketing and sales promotion calendar
  • Provide weekly sales performance/productivity, event activity and any field needs or feedback to your Line Manager
  • Maintain individual in store booking through Sephora’s Happening now system
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with regional, district and store-level personnel
  • Manage inventory at store level in accordance with retail partners operational procedures
  • Ensure that Huda Beauty gondolas, BOTF, towers and linear are visually impeccable and in accordance with all 3 brand’s schematics
  • Obtain and act on Assortment Cycle Count Reports (ACCR) and work with stores to adjust inventory
  • Interview, hire, coach and mange Sales and Event Specialists (freelance) and travel budget to support the territory
  • Identify and communicate merchandising and assortment opportunities to HUDA BEAUTY HQ
  • Demonstrate strong retail business acumen, and ability to Identify analyze and evaluate opportunities
  • Work within company expense budgets, schedule travel per call cycle, adhering to established guidelines and procedures
  • Work closely with team to schedule calendar and strategize sales opportunities
