Requirements

• 21+ with a valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Confident communicator who can connect with people and sell value
• Reliable, goal-oriented, and a true team player
• Physically fit and ready for a fast-paced, hands-on job
• Available for 4–5 full shifts per week
• Working smartphone that can download multiple apps

Responsibilities

• Drive our 1-800-GOT-JUNK? trucks (we provide full training)
• Interact with customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Quote and close sales on-site using our pricing system
• Lift and remove unwanted items safely and efficiently (75+ lbs)
• Communicate with dispatch to stay on schedule and ensure smooth routes
