Job Summary: The Sales Driver will report directly to the Sales Leadership team and is responsible for transporting sales tours throughout the preview center and resort property. This role plays a key part in the guest experience by ensuring safe, timely, and efficient transportation to model locations. The Sales Driver must maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in various outdoor conditions.

Requirements

Must have a valid Driver’s License
Strong work ethic with the ability to take direction
Safe and reliable driving skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Must be able to work outside for the entire shift
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
Ability to withstand extreme heat, cold, and rain conditions
Ability to safely operate golf carts and trams

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Prepare for daily operations by moving golf carts to the preview center at the start of shift
Transport sales tours to designated model locations in a safe and timely manner
Remain available at the preview center to receive and transport incoming tours
Ensure all vehicles are clean, operational, and ready for use; report any maintenance issues
Provide a safe, friendly, and professional experience for all guests and team members
Assist with staging, organizing, and securing carts before and after shifts
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth tour flow throughout the day
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures while operating vehicles
Be prepared to work extended hours or overtime based on business needs
