About The Position

The IGT District Sales Leader will oversee all go-to-market activities within their district, focusing on business planning and strategic downstream activities related to Image Guided Therapy. This role involves sales, system implementation, and managing existing customer relationships, with a strong emphasis on achieving operational income targets, revenue, and margin objectives. The leader will collaborate with various Philips business functions and commercial leaders to enhance sales of integrated solutions and large-scale projects, while also spending significant time in the market with key customers and partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in consulting, product management, strategy, or product marketing in healthcare information systems or medical devices.
  • Sales management experience is required.
  • Extensive experience in negotiating and deal closing with customers and third-party organizations.
  • Robust knowledge of clinical workflows on a departmental and clinical level.
  • Strong track record of senior relationship management with executives and major customers.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA is desired.

  • Experience working in a regulated environment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all go-to-market activities in the district, including business planning and strategic downstream activities.
  • Deliver upon the sales strategy and execute driving overall cross-functional solutions for IGT Fixed Systems.
  • Drive an integrated strategy between Equipment and Service Sales.
  • Coordinate with IGT Corporate Account's team on IDN and GPO agreements.
  • Co-create innovative new solutions collaborating with Business Groups and Commercial Sales organization.
  • Own and manage the forecasting process to achieve AOP objectives for OIT, Revenue, CSG, market share, and margin.
  • Define and manage the Selex budget for the district.
  • Direct the development of Business Plans for specific solution space for the district.
  • Lead a team of approximately 8 Key Account Managers and Specialists.
  • Drive sales excellence to ensure proactive visibility of prospecting opportunities.
