The Billboard partnerships team is hiring an NYC-based Sales Director who is a strategically experienced seller, partnering with brands in the Auto, Tech, Telco, Spirits, CPG, and Entertainment categories, selling 360 brand partnership programs that include branded content, tentpole activations/sponsorships, and digital media. Successful candidates will have: Proactively develop new revenue opportunities and build a robust pipeline to meet and exceed annual sales goals. Identify, pitch, and close high-value brand partnership deals across Billboard properties. Establish and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, brand marketers, and decision-makers across key verticals (Auto, Tech, Telco, Spirits, CPG, and Entertainment) Solution-selling expertise with a strategic, consultative approach. Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment. Prioritize in-person meetings and client entertainment to build relationships Ability to work with all stakeholders, including brand clients, agency, social, creative, and PR teams Must be flexible and move with a high sense of urgency when opportunities strike
