About The Position

The Director of Sales will be responsible for assisting the Vice President of
Sales in planning and directing, while providing the leadership necessary to
deal with the short term and long term business objectives of the specific sites
and/or sales center for HGV. In addition, this position will be responsible for
providing guidance, direction, and accountability in producing the expected
performance while constantly striving to maintain a positive work environment
for all employees within all departments.
