We are seeking a performance-first Sales Director to lead a refined, high-output revenue engine and drive our team to the highest level of execution. Nsure has spent a decade building a proven, high-performance revenue engine in healthcare RCM. We are not looking for someone to build from scratch; we are looking for a master of the craft who can step into a refined system, optimize it, and lead a remote team to execute at the highest level possible. Reporting to the CEO, you will own the pipeline, conversion rates, and closed revenue, operating with the analytical rigor to know exactly why every number looks the way it does—and exactly how to improve it. Nsure is an AI-first organization. Every member of our leadership and operations team is expected to actively use AI tools in their day-to-day work—not as a novelty, but as a core productivity multiplier. This role requires genuine curiosity about AI, comfort experimenting with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and workflow automation platforms, and the judgment to know when AI helps and when it doesn't. If AI makes you uncomfortable, this is not the right role.
