About The Position

Avista Senior Living has a remarkable opportunity for an exceptional sales professional to join our team as the DIRECTOR OF SALES for our assisted living & memory care community in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will meet and speak with prospective new residents and their loved ones as they search for the right senior living community. You will work closely with the Executive Director and VP of Marketing & Sales to create a cutting-edge and strategic marketing plan. Your goal is to achieve your budgeted occupancy targets. Create trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through phone calls and tours of the community. Implement ways to increase occupancy and achieve targeted occupancy goals. Work together with your team to execute events to draw prospects to the community QualificationsQualifications: Previous work experience in senior living, experience in an Arizona Medicaid community is a plus. Results and goal driven. Previous experience in marketing & sales, 2+ years. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of computers systems and programs.
